Happy 2025, eventers! The 2025 membership form is now available – be sure to join so you’ll be eligible for year end awards, the OCTA scholarship, and members-only discounts! The year end awards banquet will be held at Feather Creek Farm on January 26, 2025.

2025 Scholarship Application Now Available!
OCTA members in good standing are encouraged to apply for the educational scholarship now! Both junior members and adult members are eligible for scholarships, which are typically awarded for $250. The deadline for 2025 applications is January 7, 2025.

Tack Sale at LandSafe Clinic
OCTA is hosting a tack sale at the LandSafe Clinic in Norman, OK on December 17 and 18. This is the perfect opportunity to shop for Christmas gifts for all of your horsey friends or make a little extra holiday cash! OCTA will sell your items for a 20% consignment commission (10% for total sales over $100). OCTA is also accepting booth applications for the clinic. Several events are on the calendar this spring in Oklahoma- don’t miss out on the fun!

2022 Scholarship Application Available
Applications are now open for the 2022 OCTA educational scholarship! Applications are due by January 8, 2022. Applicants must:
- Be an adult or junior member in good standing for a full calendar year
- Have spent eight hours volunteering for OCTA (including working on the board or on a committee, volunteering for an OCTA HT/CT, workday, or learning day) or volunteering for an eventing landowner who holds a business sponsorship with OCTA, or at a USEA recognized horse trial in 2020.

Make Plans to Attend Learning Day
OCTA’s annual Learning Day returns June 6, 2021 at Celtic Cross Equestrian Center in Norman! Make plans to attend this fun and informative event. Learning session topics include:
- Introduction to eventing
- Mane braiding & tail banging
- Equine massage
- Cross country equipment, including horseshoe studs
- Eventing rider attire
- How to be a cross country jump judge
- How to walk stadium and cross country courses
- Bandaging legs
